Lyudmila (Luda) Napoe spent most of her early years in Moscow. After finishing high school, she moved to the United States, where she went to college in Green Bay, Wisconsin, before attending the Loyola University Chicago School of Law. During her time at Loyola, she got an internship with the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company (Wrigley) – a subsidiary of Mars, Inc. As an intern, she stayed on with Wrigley throughout law school, something she describes as “a great opportunity for [her] to get into a business organization and be in-house.” After earning her law degree, Napoe was hired as an attorney. She has been with Wrigley now for over 12 years, where she currently holds the title of senior counsel.
