Whether you are an aspiring GC or already in the role, it’s imperative for you to demonstrate an executive-level understanding of securities law and disclosure requirements.
Otherwise successful in-house lawyers often suffer professionally due to an experience gap in this area, which is precisely why the ACC Securities Law + Disclosure seminar is so important. By participating in this one-of-a-kind seminar, you will come away empowered to speak with confidence about securities and financial disclosure matters with fellow c-suite executives and directors.
This program is limited to 12 participants and highly customized to individual participants' unique business contexts.
Your registration fee covers one full year of executive-level education, including:
A one-hour individual consultation to determine your current level of exposure and understanding as well as aspirational goals that will be taken into account while developing the hypothetical scenarios and objectives of your onsite experience.
Intensive, two-and-a-half day programming with best-in-class faculty. The in-person program is designed to provide a strong foundation without wasting your valuable time with unnecessary case law or history. You will learn how the issues, rules, and requirements are relevant to your situation, company, and filings.
