"I attended the ACC Securities Law + Disclosure seminar in advance of becoming my company's general counsel and it was incredibly helpful for me to augment and round-out my securities law knowledge especially since my background as a litigator didn't include a lot of experience working in that space." Noelle J. Perkins, SVP, General Counsel, Chief Risk Officer & Secretary, Univar Solutions

"If you are not an experienced, practicing securities lawyer, the ACC Securities Law + Disclosure seminar provides an excellent, in-depth overview and introduction of the entire reporting and disclosure process for US publicly listed companies. And, if you aspire to head the legal department for such a company, this program offers invaluable insights to help prepare you... I've been searching for an in-person program that could provide a comprehensive primer on US securities laws and disclosure rules for some time now and this program really answered that call." Javier Rodriguez, Senior VP, Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary, BioXcel Therapeutics, Inc.

"The ACC Securities Law + Disclosure seminar is not just a comprehensive overview of the US Securities Regulation landscape, but more importantly, it provides you access to learn from legal professionals who are true leaders in this field. I particularly appreciated the small group environment where I was able to engage with other in-house counsel looking to expand their skillset. I would highly recommend attending this program to anyone seeking to advance their career, particularly if they are looking to move into the C-suite." Randy Fahs, Assistant General Counsel, Business Operations, Moog Inc.

"The ACC Securities Law + Disclosure seminar provided a great foundation for me to build upon for when my company completes its IPO. I would highly recommend attending as the substance and accompanying resource materials provided serve as an excellent primer for any in-house counsel who are new to this area of law." Chad Anthony, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary, Clarios
