Sneha Balakrishnan leads the legal function at Shippit, servicing a complex multi-jurisdictional business as its Head of Legal and sole lawyer. She has over 15 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, including positions at the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Digital Alchemy and theatre production company Global Creatures.
Sneha has particular expertise in the technology sector, with a focus on software/IT services, intellectual property, complex contracts, privacy and cybersecurity.
Sneha is a champion of diversity in senior leadership positions and an advocate for women from underrepresented backgrounds.
