Join ACC Georgia for a Corporate Recoveries 101 Webinar

Earlier this year, ACC Georgia offered an in-person CLE on starting a corporate recoveries program. We received so much great feedback from the attendees that we’ve decided to offer it again as a webinar.

A corporate recoveries program is a vital tool for corporate counsel looking to drive value and even generate revenue for the businesses they support. This presentation will provide an overview of corporate recovery opportunities as well as insights into developing an effective corporate recoveries program. It will also include lessons learned from corporate counsel with mature recoveries programs.

Moderator:
Pat Fagan, Partner, Bondurant Mixson & Elmore

Panelists:
Scott Slater, Associate General Counsel, Trane Technologies

Kathleen Campbell, Corporate Counsel, The Home Depot
Ben Thorpe, Partner, Bondurant Mixson & Elmore

CLE credit will be given.

Please join us, either in-person at Paesanos or via Zoom, as Leo Munoz and Rebekah Wood from RSM US brings us a presentation entitled "Case Studies in Fraud and Data Analytics."

Leo and Rebekah will provide an overview of the life cycle of a financial investigation, forensic data mining capabilities and technologies utilized in investigations. They will also present two case studies highlighting the uses and value of data analytics in financial investigations.

Please feel free to pass this invitation on to other individuals within in your organization who would like to learn more about this subject!
