The Supreme Court has recently ruled on a number of cases that will have an impact on the work of corporate counsel, from employer vaccine mandates to arbitration rules and procedures. Next year’s docket promises to be equally momentous: the Court could rule on weighty issues such as where a corporation is subject to general personal jurisdiction, the scope of the attorney-client privilege, and licensees’ standing in patent litigation.
Join attorneys Shannon Armstrong and Sarah Molinoff from Holland & Knight for an interactive presentation on the most important Supreme Court cases from OT 2021 for business lawyers as well as a look ahead to OT 2022.
