The Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Australia is pleased to present the ACC 2018 Global Compensation Report. The report provides insights on compensation trends from over 5,000 in-house counsel across 65 countries, making it on the of the most in-dept self-reported compensation surveys for legal department professionals available.
Specifically, the report includes data on base salaries, performance-based bonuses, total compensation and equity-based pay across a range of important segments. These include job title, organisation tenure, in-house tenure, law degree year, legal practice area, industry, organisation revenue, company ownership structure, global region and gender.
