Chris Kelley (Senior Examiner, Forensic Technology & Consulting) Chris Kelley is a highly experienced digital forensics and e-discovery professional working in the Forensic Technology and Consulting division at TLS (TransPerfect Legal Solutions). He is an ACE certified examiner as well as a licensed New York attorney. Chris has been working as a computer forensics expert for over 9 years and is highly experienced with on-site collections, data examination and conducting custodian interviews related to “second requests” issued by the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission. |

Alex Seigle-Morris (Director, Forensic Technology and Consulting) Alex has worked in the field of digital forensics for 15 years, during which time he has worked on hundreds of investigations. He started out working on criminal cases involving digital evidence for two of the largest police forces in the UK, he subsequently moved on to a boutique digital forensics firm and a renowned information security consultancy. Alex joined TLS (TransPerfect Legal Solutions) in 2013 and now serves as a key member of the leadership team for TLS (TransPerfect Legal Solutions) Forensic Technology and Consulting division, where he oversees operations in EMEA and APAC. In addition to managing a team of forensic analysts, he works on a variety of corporate cases across multiple industries and jurisdictions, advising and assisting law firms and their clients in the execution of defensible data collection and the analysis and investigation of digital evidence. |

Joseph Law (Director, Consulting and Legal Services) Joe is a Director and senior case consultant based in TLS (TransPerfect Legal Solutions) regional headquarters in Hong Kong. He is an English qualified solicitor and prior to joining (TLS) TransPerfect Legal Solutions, Joe was a commercial litigator at a top tier fraud litigation firm in London. He brings his legal and practical experience to TLS (TransPerfect Legal Solutions) cases in APAC and advises clients in relation to digital forensics, e-discovery solutions and workflows, and translation and language technologies. |
