Hong Kong Competition investigations: practical tips for in-house counsel

On 16 January 2020, the ACC and Fangda Partners’ Antitrust & Competition Team co-hosted a seminar on the topic of “Hong Kong Competition Commission investigations: practical tips for in-house counsel.” At the seminar, Andrew Skudder and Joshua Seet of Fangda Partners discussed the legal framework of the Hong Kong Competition Ordinance, and presented their insights on how in-house counsel could effectively manage antitrust investigations in Hong Kong and develop a compliance culture for their businesses.
