On Thursday 21st November, #ShearmanLaw hosted a ‘Mitigating Dispute Risk’ Seminar in Hong Kong with International Arbitration Partner Nils Eliasson and Senior Associate Edward M Taylor. This seminar used practical examples from recent disputes to highlight key principles of contractual drafting for reducing dispute risk and, where disputes do arise, increasing the likelihood of a positive outcome. The session was well attended by over 30 members
