Goal: Representatives from each chapter size (small, medium, and large) will discuss challenges and best practices for planning and executing programs in their role as chapter administrator. Attendees will breakout into groups based on chapter size and discuss the questions below, then report to the entire group.
Programming Logistics: What best practices does your chapter implement while planning and executing your programs? Do your programs get vetted through a committee or your board? Do you have a specific annual program calendar that gets completed at the beginning of the year or are programs created without a schedule? What is your role in programming? Does your board play a part in this process?
Sponsor Success/Challenges: Are you the major contact with your sponsors? Do you arrange programs with your sponsors? Do you publish sponsor alerts or white papers? Do you arrange visibility for your sponsors? IF so do you do so on social media? What part does social media play in your job and with your sponsors? Do you include Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and or Linked In? Do you get assistance from your board in dealing with sponsors? What do you think would create better sponsor return on investment and increase their value?
Innovative Formats: What is the most successful program your chapter hosts? Consider any unique formats or different types of topics/practice areas

Best Practices: What are some ways you have supported board participation through your role as chapter administrator?
Engagement: How do you encourage engagement and avoid board burn out? What are ways in which you show appreciation to your board?
Community: How do you encourage bonding experiences with your board.
Organization: What technology do you use to create efficiencies in working with your board?
Conflict Resolution: What are ways in which you have managed and resolved board conflicts this year?

Goal: Chapter administrators will be presented on recognizing and prioritizing tasks that are important to the chapter and achieve a healthy work-life balance.
