As Ontario begins to rollout vaccines across the province, the next question you may receive from your business is 'What's next for getting back in the workplace?' to mitigate the long-term issues of working remotely. While part of your workforce may be eager to rebalance the boundaries between work expectations and home life, remote work may continue for some, even as others return to the workplace.
