Our panel will provide a practical look at a variety of COVID-19 compliance issues involving the OSHA Emergency Temporary Standard (“ETS”), federal contractor rules for COVID-19 vaccinations, industry-specific COVID-19 vaccination rules, and state-specific issues. We will provide our best answers at this point in this fast-changing area.
