Overview (Program Summary)
A program hosted by:
ACC Greater PhiladelphiaSession I: 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. — Preparing the Groundwork to Enforce Non-Competes
Many disputes over post-employment restrictions can be avoided, and the unavoidable disputes won, by the thoughtful design and implementation of non-compete programs. In this presentation, our expert panelists will discuss how to construct non-compete strategies to deter litigation and win the litigation that cannot be deterred.
Session II: 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. — New Administration – New Normal?
There’s probably little doubt in anyone’s mind that a new administration will bring with it a wave of new changes. Employers will likely see significant changes in the areas of FMLA, NLRB regulations and wage and hour laws particularly relating to minimum wage and independent contractor rules. In this program, our expert panelists will walk attendees through what employers can expect in these areas as well as several others likely to be hot buttons.
