Gordana Ivanovic, Partner, Employment & Labour Relations Gordana is a skilled employment and labour lawyer. She routinely advises employers with matters involving employment contracts, terminations, wrongful dismissals, occupational health and safety, human rights, and employment standards. Gordana has represented employers before the Labour Relations Board, Human Rights Commission, and all levels of court in Alberta. Involved in all aspects of litigation, including alternate dispute resolution, Gordana has acted on behalf of employers in various trials and appears regularly before the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta. |

Kritika Sharma, Associate, Litigation & Dispute Resolution Kritika assists employers with employment contracts, employee handbooks, terminations, wrongful dismissals, occupational health and safety, and employment standards. Kritika has represented clients at the Alberta Labour Relations Board, Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta, Court of Queen’s Bench for Saskatchewan, and Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan.
