The presenters will focus on a myriad of complicated compensation practices, including executive compensation, bonus plans, and pay equity. This CLE will review why now is an ideal time to evaluate your compensation practices and correct any disparities to minimize potential risk for litigation. The CLE is designed to bring clarity to the question of whether or not you are truly prepared to defend your pay practices.
