Overview (Program Summary)

A program hosted by:

ACC Charlotte

From the water cooler to TikTok, employees are continuing to express their views on political and societal issues on topics such as sexual orientation, race, reproductive decisions, guns and more – often with the click of a button.  With the 2024 elections on the horizon, and ongoing discussions across news and social media outlets on many topics, employers can expect to encounter even more polarized speech and activity in the coming year.  In this presentation, the speakers will discuss the many potential legal issues associated with employee speech and activism, along with insights for respecting diversity of thought, while also maintaining corporate values and a safe and harmonious workplace.

Questions: Kathleen Smits at charlotteAED@accglobal.com
