Overview (Program Summary)
A program hosted by:
ACC ChicagoEmployers with an international workforce are having to comply with increasing requirements in relation to pay transparency and reporting requirements. Some US States already have established pay transparency laws.
A ground-breaking new European Union Pay Transparency Directive introduces significant changes in Europe from 2026 affecting how employers set pay, the information they share with workers and what they must publicly report. The Directive also covers a wide range of compensation and benefits components.
With global trends towards greater pay transparency and lead-in work needed to be ready for the new laws in Europe, this is a topic that should be high on every global employer’s agenda.
Join our global attorneys as they summarize existing and new laws, the direction of travel, what employers need to do to be ready for the European Directive and why they shouldn’t delay.
