WEBINAR - Wage and Hour Whirlwind: Today’s Top Challenges

Although there’s a time and a place to discuss more mundane concepts associated with properly classifying and compensating employees, this is not that time or place! This session will address some of the more challenging and unusual issues that arise under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and state wage and hour laws. Topics to be addressed will include: remote worker issues, such as outside sales, travel time, on-call time, and reporting time; states that don’t recognize the typical federal exemptions; unusual FLSA exemptions; and other tricky wage and hour concepts.
