A program hosted by:

ACC Westchester/Southern CT

Increasingly, employers are asked to provide wide-ranging workplace accommodations for disabilities, pregnancy-related limitations, and sincerely held religious beliefs—and the issues can get complicated, as employees are seeking accommodations that push the limits of what employers can reasonably provide. This session will explore how in-house counsel can empower their HR departments and managers to comply with legal obligations to accommodate without losing control of the workplace.
