Overview (Program Summary)
As remote and hybrid work environments become the norm, more and more companies are seeking talent globally to fuel their organization’s growth. Going beyond the employment implications, the impact of a globally remote workforce often requires in-house counsel to understand business, cultural, legal, and compliance issues worldwide. This panel session will draw on the expertise of business executives, in-house lawyers, and private practitioners to provide practical guidance and strategies for in-house counsel to manage an international remote workforce.
