Overview (Program Summary)
Artificial intelligence-driven tools are the future of Human Resources operations. Employers big and small are under pressure to make smart choices when selecting AI tools for use across the entire employee lifecycle. Simultaneously, regulators are increasing their scrutiny of these tools. In this session, a diverse group of law and technology in-house counsel will use interactive real-life scenarios to showcase how organizations can prioritize AI uses, identify risk factors early, develop an AI use policy, competently advise stakeholders on this emerging technology, and build a corporate culture of ethical AI adoption.
