This program will provide a basic grounding in federal OSHA requirements, as well as other labor and employment laws and regulations affecting employees, health, and safety in the workplace, including recent safety procedures and policies being implemented by companies on issues such as employee use of cell phones and email devices while operating a motor vehicle, telecommuting, home offices, and more.
