The ACC Women's Committee invites you to a virtual workshop with Director, Senior Facilitator and Coach for Priority Management, Jackie Taylor, sharing insights on "Prioritising For Impact When Working from Home".
Steps to contain the current Covid-19 virus require that many employees who would normally work from the office must now work from home (WFH), presenting challenges to stay connected, engaged and productive.
Priority Management is a 40+ year established global leader in the area of workplace productivity and effectiveness. Our Asia team has developed this impactful and practical programme, delivered online, to help colleagues improve their working effectiveness whilst at home and to ensure that they continue to get the right things done at the right time.
The Prioritising for Impact when working from home programme from Priority Management Singapore is a personal and team effectiveness course which provides significant benefits to executives, managers, teams and individual contributors by helping them to improve planning processes, focus on priorities, control their time and increase productivity, whilst significantly reducing stress levels. Participants will learn to make effective choices when faced with increasing demands and responsibilities, select the right tasks at the right time, identify and focus on the goals and objectives that make a difference and learn to manage activities for maximum results.
