Liability insurance policies can be a valuable asset for corporate insureds and can help defray much or all of the expense associated with defending and resolving lawsuits and other claims. However, companies often fail to take full advantage of the broad coverage their liability insurance policies provide. Cuneyt A. Akay, Shareholder, Greenberg Traurig LLP, is an anti-corruption lawyer focused on helping clients comply with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the UK Bribery Act. Cuneyt designs, builds, and implements effective compliance programs for clients around the world. Paul Lynch serves as vice president, executive risk insurance and claims counsel for Lockton Companies.
