Join ACC St. Louis and Bryan Cave for the CLE Navigating Implicit Bias and Empowering Women: Awareness, Action, and Allyship in the Legal Profession on Thursday, August 15, 2024 for a transformative CLE program where women-identifying attorneys from BCLP share their experiences with implicit bias in the legal profession.
Through these accounts, attendees will gain valuable insights into the impact of implicit bias, discover effective strategies for overcoming these challenges, explore proactive approaches for future situations, and discuss ways in which we can help each other succeed.
This program underscores the power of collective support and advocacy, reinforcing the belief that when we uplift one another, we all thrive.
Following the program, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in roundtable discussions on the different types of implicit bias and how to disrupt their impact.
Everyone, regardless of gender identity, is encouraged to join us for this event and enjoy great food, drinks, and camaraderie!
ACC St. Louis Members are invited to bring a non-ACC member, in-house attorney, as a guest to this event.
