Program Description:  Plaintiffs’ lawyers who represent employees artfully spin the evidence against employers. They try make it look like an employer did something wrong, even when company representatives had the best of intentions. Plaintiffs’ lawyers use several common strategies to paint a picture of the evil HR representative, supervisor, or company.  This presentation will cover those lawyer traps and provide practical guidance for adjusting policies and practices to better protect your organization and avoid falling prey to these ploys.
