This interactive panel discussion will identify the latest regulatory developments related to cybersecurity from the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency and various federal and state initiatives, not all of which are in harmony.  The panel will offer suggestions to the audience with the benefit of their own experiences of managing cybersecurity events across complex organizations, including collaboration across finance, information technology and legal departments, senior management, members of the audit committee and other board directors, customers, technology vendors and external counsel and auditors. Panelists include Benesch partners Aslam Rawoof and Ryan Sulkin, as well as industry experts in technology and cybersecurity.
