Rose Stella is general counsel at Jetti Resources, a technology-driven natural resources company headquartered in Boulder, Colorado, with offices in Vancouver, British Columbia and Santiago, Chile. Rose provides legal, compliance and risk management advice across the organization. Rose previously served as General Counsel of Sandow Media, LLC, where she oversaw all legal matters for a diverse portfolio of brands, and General Counsel of Material Technologies Corporation dba Material Bank, where she was also a member of the Board. Prior to that, Rose served as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Sotheby’s, Inc. Rose graduated from Cornell Law School magna cum laude and began her career at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, LLP. Rose enjoys spending her free time hiking, running, and snowshoeing.

Matt Deegan is senior counsel at Jetti Resources. Most recently, he served as senior attorney for Lumen Technologies Group (formerly CenturyLink) where he advises on commercial and technology transactions, in particular enterprise transactions and internet peering. Matt served on the CBA Board of Governors and completed a term as Chair of the DBA Young Lawyers Division. Previously, Matt was an attorney at Brown & Kannady, LLC, where he advised on business and legal matters with a focus on franchise-related businesses, but also small and medium-sized businesses. During law school Matt clerked for the Consumer Protection Section of the Colorado Attorney General’s Office. Matt attended law school at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he was managing editor of the Denver Law Review. Prior to attending DU, he graduated from Northeastern University in Boston. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, and smoking food on his traditional off-set smoker.

Jim Nottingham is vice president of risk management & general counsel at Encore Electric, Inc.  Jim supports Encore’s mission to be all things power, technology and energy by proactively identifying and mitigating risk throughout the organization.  Jim manages the company’s Legal Department and he provides legal, compliance, and risk management advice across the organization. Jim attended the University of Denver Sturm College of Law where he served as a Staff Editor on the University of Denver Law Review. After law school, Jim practiced at a Denver law firm where he served as Encore Electric’s outside attorney prior to making the transition to join Encore as member of the team.  Prior to law school, Jim worked for a United States Senator in Washington, D.C. Jim actively volunteers his time and he cares deeply about his community.   For several years, Jim was a member of the Arapahoe Basin Volunteer Ski Patrol.  He currently serves as a Board member for the Association of Corporate Counsel and as a Board member for the Colorado Sports Hall of Fame. In his free time, Jim enjoys spending time with his daughter and his wife.  Jim loves being outdoors whenever possible.  He has scaled the summits of Cotopaxi, Cayambe and Mount Rainier, he has floated the Grand Canyon, and he has climbed and skied numerous peaks in his native Colorado.

Jeff Brown is vice president, law & governance and general counsel at TELUS International, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia.  TELUS International is a subsidiary of TELUS, a national telecommunications company in Canada. With 40,000 team members in 13 countries, TELUS International provides multilingual customer service outsourcing and digital IT services to global clients. Clients include corporations in fast-growing technology, travel and hospitality, financial services and fintech, games, telecommunications, and healthcare industries. Based in Denver, Jeff manages a global team of legal and governance professionals, and advises the board and senior leadership team on commercial and corporate transactional matters, domestically and internationally, as well as advising on a wide range of other corporate functions, including mergers and acquisitions, sales, data privacy, real estate, procurement, intellectual property, corporate secretarial and governance, policy development, dispute resolution, compliance and global entity management.
Prior to joining TI, Jeff was VP and AGC at TTEC, a public company providing global business process outsourcing services, and Senior Counsel at HP.  Jeff is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and began his legal career in Chicago with Winston & Strawn.  Jeff has previously served as Co-Chair of the International Network of the Colorado ACC, and as publications chair of the Law Department Management Committee of the Colorado Chapter of the ACC.

Prior to joining Allbirds, he was Vice President of Legal at Gymshark USA Inc., a fitness apparel & accessories brand. Before that, Christos was Vice President, Legal Affairs at Arrow Electronics Inc. a Fortune 100 publicly listed company providing products, services, and solutions to industrial and commercial users. Christos earned his J.D. from Emory University and his B.A. from Columbia University. A Native of New York City, Christos enjoys skiing, cooking, traveling, and spending time with his wife, Danielle, and three kids, Georgia, Elias, and Alexander.

Sarah Burrows is legal counsel with Crusoe Energy where she offers extensive in-house experience including strategic transactions, intellectual property, product, and data/software development experience. Sarah is former Lead Counsel at Cruise, A GM subsidiary focusing on autonomous vehicles, where she focused on new product innovation, strategic transactions, intellectual property and complex transactions. She formerly served at Knobbe Martens Olson & Bear, HP, and Cognizant. Sarah worked as a software developer prior to attending law school and is a trusted advisor in the intersection of law and technology. Sarah grew up in Kentucky and moved to Colorado in 2012.

Sondra Barbour

Sondra Barbour serves as vice president and general counsel of United Launch Alliance (ULA) in Centennial, Colorado, a position she assumed in February 2020. With a nationwide team of nearly 2,500 employees, ULA combines more than 100 years of launch history with the Atlas and Delta rocket families and continues to grow its legendary results with the new Vulcan Centaur rocket family. At ULA, Barbour is the company’s senior legal advisor and leads the Law and Ethics departments as well as the Office of Internal Governance. Prior to joining ULA, Barbour served as senior counsel and assistant corporate secretary to The Boeing Company, where she provided legal advice and counsel for government and commercial satellite and intelligence systems. She also has previously held positions within the global law firm, McKenna Long & Aldridge (now Dentons) and held the position of adjunct professor of law at Southwestern University School of Law. She has served on the Association of Corporate Counsel Pro Bono and Diversity Committees and was the recipient of the Women of Color in Technology’s 2010 Technology All-Star Award for professional achievement and community leadership. Barbour received her undergraduate degree in engineering from the Ohio State University and graduated summa cum laude from Southwestern University School of Law where she participated in the Law Review and Moot Court Honors Programs.

He is responsible for overseeing the company’s international expansion, M&A and corporate maturity efforts, while simultaneously building its legal, privacy, compliance and risk management departments.  Prior to joining JumpCloud, Eric spent ten years at Molson Coors Beverage Company (NYSE: TAP), including as its interim chief legal and government affairs officer and sole deputy general counsel.  Eric is a fifth generation Coloradan and holds a Juris Doctor and bachelor of arts degrees in Political Science and Economics from the University of Colorado.  He was previously on the board of AfricAid, a non-profit based in Denver with operations in Tanzania focusing on helping secondary girls complete their education and transform their own lives and their communities.

With over 15 years of experience as an in-house attorney, Mary Gritzmacher brings a wealth of legal expertise and perspective to the ACC Colorado Chapter.  She has built an impressive career marked by achievements in strategic transaction negotiation, global regulatory compliance, and intellectual property optimization.  She is currently chief legal officer & secretary of CoorsTek, a leading global manufacturer of technical ceramic products that provide solutions for complex customer needs in a wide variety of essential industries.  In her current role, Mary oversees and manages all the company’s global matters related to legal, trade compliance, corporate compliance and ethics, intellectual property, and government affairs.  Mary received her law degree from Case Western Reserve University and started her career with Ballard Spahr in Denver.  When not working, Mary enjoys traveling the world, spending time with her family, and partaking in the outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer, including running, skiing, and golfing.

For the legal team, P.J. guides AE’s global operations on litigation, compliance, employment and privacy matters. Before joining AE, he was executive counsel with GE Aviation (now GE Aerospace) over more than a decade in roles responsible for compliance, litigation, and corporate projects, and was a litigation partner with Vorys, a large regional firm in Ohio. P.J. is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School (cum laude) and Miami University in Oxford, Ohio (summa cume laude). Outside of work, P.J. can be found enjoying Colorado’s outdoors from the Highline Canal to the ski slopes with his wife Nancy and their dogs.

In her roles, Kensi has served as a legal advisor and strategic business partner supporting a broad range of transactional, regulatory, commercial, pre-litigation, and shared services including technology, contracts, data privacy, new product launch, health and safety, advertising and marketing, and intellectual property. Kensi commenced her legal career practicing as a transactional and litigation attorney at a well-established general practice firm in Denver providing outside counsel services to a wide array of companies and academic, religious, and non-profit institutions. She earned her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and undergraduate degrees in political science and sociology from Colorado State University. Before joining Google, Brian spent 10 years litigating at law firms, with the majority of that time spent at plaintiffs' firms prosecuting consumer and antitrust class actions. Brian graduated from Georgetown University (Bachelor's Degree in Finance) and Rutgers Law School (magna cum laude). He lives in Denver with his beautiful wife, Katie, and loves hiking all over this scenic state, mountain biking, trying new restaurants, and traveling as frequently as his vacation time allows.
