Prior to that, Rose served as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Sotheby’s, Inc. Rose graduated from Cornell Law School magna cum laude and began her career at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, LLP. Rose enjoys spending her free time hiking, running, and snowshoeing.

Jim Nottingham is the Vice President of Risk Management & General Counsel at Encore Electric, Inc.  Jim supports Encore’s mission to be all things power, technology and energy by proactively identifying and mitigating risk throughout the organization.  Jim manages the company’s Legal Department and he provides legal, compliance, and risk management advice across the organization. Jim attended the University of Denver Sturm College of Law where he served as a Staff Editor on the University of Denver Law Review. After law school, Jim practiced at a Denver law firm where he served as Encore Electric’s outside attorney prior to making the transition to join Encore as member of the team.  Prior to law school, Jim worked for a United States Senator in Washington, D.C. Jim actively volunteers his time and he cares deeply about his community.   For several years, Jim was a member of the Arapahoe Basin Volunteer Ski Patrol.  He currently serves as a Board member for the Association of Corporate Counsel and as a Board member for the Colorado Sports Hall of Fame. In his free time, Jim enjoys spending time with his daughter and his wife.  Jim loves being outdoors whenever possible.  He has scaled the summits of Cotopaxi, Cayambe and Mount Rainier, he has floated the Grand Canyon, and he has climbed and skied numerous peaks in his native Colorado.

Responsible for the oversight of all legal and international trade compliance functions of the five major lines of businesses and operating elements reporting to Space.  Legal oversight for subsidiaries and joint ventures, including Lockheed Martin’s participation in the United Launch Alliance (ULA) joint venture with Boeing, as well as the Atomic Weapons Establishment (AWE) joint venture. Leadership of team that provides legal and export/import advice and counseling on matters from business growth to acquisitions, prime contracts to subcontracts, employment matters to business operations, and beyond.

Previously, Robin was a Council Member for the American Bar Association, Public Contract Law division, as well as serving as Co-Chair for the Subcontracts & Teaming Agreements Committee for 10 years.  She has assisted with the ACC Colorado Chapter International Practice Group.  

Robin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Colorado State University, and a MBA and Juris Doctor from the University of Denver. She is actively involved in community service, is a certified yoga teacher, and enjoys hiking, kayaking, biking, and cross-country skiing.

Courtney Seely is the Chief Legal Officer at CableLabs. She is responsible for leading all legal, regulatory, and patent activities for CableLabs and its subsidiaries, supporting telecommunications and Internet industries around the world. In this role, Courtney is directly involved in complex business transactions and manages the transaction-based legal function, including all legal and regulatory compliance, corporate governance, intellectual property protection, and technology transfer functions. Prior to CableLabs, Courtney held various executive-level legal and risk management positions within global public and private companies of all sizes and at all life-cycle stages across a broad array of highly regulated industries. In such roles, she focused on mergers and acquisitions, complex commercial transactions, corporate finance and corporate governance and led multi-jurisdictional and multi-functional teams. Courtney began her career in private practice at Dechert LLP in Philadelphia, PA as an Associate in the Corporate and Securities Group where she focused on general corporate and securities matters, concentrating on mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, venture capital financing, corporate finance transactions and federal and state securities matters for leading private equity fund sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as strategic buyers and sellers. Courtney received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and Juris Doctorate degree from The Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in Villanova, Pennsylvania.

Megan Zatz is Deputy General Counsel at Children’s Hospital Colorado, a nonprofit hospital for children that provides comprehensive pediatric care at its main hospital campus in Aurora, Colorado and at several locations throughout Colorado. Children’s Hospital Colorado is an organization at the forefront of pediatric research and outreach in the Rocky Mountain region that also focuses advocacy efforts out into communities across Colorado with the goal of making sure kids’ concerns are always heard when public policies are made.  Ms. Zatz leads the legal team at Children’s Hospital Colorado and advises on a wide variety of regulatory, corporate and operational issues. She has called many states home, but has found her home base in Denver after working for several health systems in Colorado since 2006. Ms. Zatz earned her J.D. at Lewis & Clark Law School in Oregon and her undergraduate degree in English from Carleton College in Minnesota.

Based in Denver, Jeff manages a global team of legal and governance professionals, and advises the board and senior leadership team on commercial and corporate transactional matters, domestically and internationally, as well as advising on a wide range of other corporate functions, including mergers and acquisitions, sales, data privacy, real estate, procurement, intellectual property, corporate secretarial and governance, policy development, dispute resolution, compliance and global entity management.  Prior to joining TI, Jeff was VP and AGC at TTEC, a public company providing global business process outsourcing services, and Senior Counsel at HP.  Jeff is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and began his legal career in Chicago with Winston & Strawn.  Jeff has previously served as Co-Chair of the International Network of the Colorado ACC, and as publications chair of the Law Department Management Committee of the Colorado Chapter of the ACC.

Sondra Barbour serves as vice president and general counsel of United Launch Alliance (ULA) in Centennial, Colorado, a position she assumed in February 2020. With a nationwide team of nearly 2,500 employees, ULA combines more than 100 years of launch history with the Atlas and Delta rocket families and continues to grow its legendary results with the new Vulcan Centaur rocket family. At ULA, Barbour is the company’s senior legal advisor and leads the Law and Ethics departments as well as the Office of Internal Governance. Prior to joining ULA, Barbour served as senior counsel and assistant corporate secretary to The Boeing Company, where she provided legal advice and counsel for government and commercial satellite and intelligence systems. She also has previously held positions within the global law firm, McKenna Long & Aldridge (now Dentons) and held the position of adjunct professor of law at Southwestern University School of Law. She has served on the Association of Corporate Counsel Pro Bono and Diversity Committees and was the recipient of the Women of Color in Technology’s 2010 Technology All-Star Award for professional achievement and community leadership. Matt Deegan is senior counsel at Jetti Resources. Most recently, he served as senior attorney for Lumen Technologies Group (formerly CenturyLink) where he advises on commercial and technology transactions, in particular enterprise transactions and internet peering. Matt served on the CBA Board of Governors and completed a term as Chair of the DBA Young Lawyers Division. Previously, Matt was an attorney at Brown & Kannady, LLC, where he advised on business and legal matters with a focus on franchise-related businesses, but also small and medium-sized businesses. During law school Matt clerked for the Consumer Protection Section of the Colorado Attorney General’s Office. Matt attended law school at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he was managing editor of the Denver Law Review.
