Nominated by their peers and selected by a committee, the 2023 award recipients are wonderful examples of those who exceed expectations for their work with their companies and in their communities. The role of an in-house attorney extends well beyond contracts. Ensuring an ethical and compliant environment, opening new markets for distribution, resolving employee disputes and working closely with state and federal regulators are just a few of the many responsibilities of corporate counsel.
