Ensuring agreements with counterparties contain appropriate protections and remedies if IP is misused or if proprietary data is improperly secured; and
Evaluating critical contractual arrangements to determine whether consumer privacy, trade secrets and antitrust issues are appropriately addressed and risk-allocation measures are present.
