Summary: Awarded to the in-house lawyer who demonstrates the highest goal attainment, resulting from participation in the ACC Australia Future Leaders Mentoring Program.
Eligibility: Mentees who have engaged in the ACC Australia Future Leaders Mentoring Program in the year of the awards.
Judging Criteria
- Demonstrated high level of effort and achievement of goals set throughout the mentoring program.
- Showing a high level of drive and ownership over the management and administrative aspects of the mentoring relationship.
- Level of contribution and influence on the mentor’s learning, professional development and networking opportunities.
- Contribution to the promotion of mentoring as a positive professional and personal development tool for both mentor and mentee.
