OVERVIEW

We've missed you, we've missed us, we've missed being together!

The women of Vedder Price and the ACC NYC Women & Gender Group cordially invite you to a networking reception at St. Cloud Rooftop. In the spirit of giving, we are partnering with Hearts of Gold. For 27 years, Hearts of Gold has been transforming the lives of single, homeless mothers and their children, helping them break the vicious cycle of homelessness through a comprehensive and holistic approach that includes emotional and physical support— paired with educational and vocational training. Results speak for themselves – with over 300 Moms graduating HoG program, moving onto jobs with living wages and moving into permanent housing. The holidays are a stressful time for HoG Moms and we are partnering with them to make sure they have the funds to cover purchasing the toys and winter coats they give HoG children. This year they are assembling 300 gift bags for the kids. Because of supply chain delivery issues the best way to help is to donate cash so their toy purchases can be shipped and wrapped in time for the Santa Bus delivery on December 19th. A $60 donation buys 3 toys and a book for a child, a $100 donation will include their new winter coat. Please use this link to make a donation to Hearts of Gold.

Don’t miss our long-awaited in-person networking event with our special guest Deborah Koenigsberger, Founder & CEO of Hearts of Gold and Owner and Stylist of Noir et Blanc. Deborah will join us and take us inside her Hearts of Gold story plus she will guide and give us some great styling tips using some of her latest fashion finds from her famed boutique Noir et Blanc. Proceeds from sales during our event will benefit our HoG fundraiser.

We cannot wait to see you next week! The weather is looking promising and our event has access to the rooftop overlooking Times Square Ball, the outside area has heaters too.
