New York City Chapter's IP Practice Group seeks to address the needs of in-house counsel tasked with functional, practical management of the business and commercial aspects involving IP. IP PG events are not "cookie cutter": we want to explore the varied "intersections" between IP and business and other substantive areas of law while giving our members practical approaches for enhancing their business careers. Our IP PG will benefit a wide audience ranging from legal generalists with some IP issues within the scope of their practices, to IP specialists themselves whose practices support more generalist areas, such as M&A, business development, or licensing.
