Image discrimination can be linked to any of these characteristics, and whether a characteristic is ‘mutable’ and ‘immutable’ becomes important in determining whether an individual has suffered from such bias. In this session, participants will explore the concepts, legal underpinnings, and recent developments involved in recognizing and eliminating image discrimination in the counsel’s office and in the wider corporate environment.
