What We Do
The Finance Committee, which is led by ACC Chicago Treasurer, oversees ACC Chicago’s budget and finances. This important function involves analyzing, reviewing, and preparing/revising finance-related policies for ACC Chicago. The Finance Committee also assists the Treasurer and Chapter Executive Administrator with budget-related matters, and with preparation of financial reports that are presented to the Executive Committee and/or Board of Directors.
The Finance Committee meets on an ad hoc basis, as needed. The Committee’s general responsibilities include:
• Preparing and updating finance-related policies that affect ACC Chicago’s finances.
• Providing input on ACC Chicago’s budget and finance-related matters.
• Developing metrics that capture ACC Chicago’s revenues and expenses in order to provide a financial overview to the Executive Committee and/or Board of Directors.
Who We Are
The Finance Committee is currently made up of two Board members and three members at large.
