What We Do
The Program Committee, currently in charge of organizing the ACC Chicago Summit and developing the Content Advisory Council promotes membership and engagement in the ACC Chicago Chapter through strong, multifaceted programming and events.
Who We Are
The Program Committee consists of three Summit Co-Chairs and quite a few Committee members. The following describes current Summit responsibilities and the Content Advisory Council:
• The Program Chair, in consultation with the Chapter Executive Administrator, the Chapter President and the Chapter President-Elect oversee, plan and develop the Chapter’s slate of programming.
• The Summit event, held annually in the Fall, is co-chaired and involves a good-sized committee. Work with this group includes working to organize the Annual Summit. It involves the development of panel presentations with sponsors and social events.
• To support ACC Chicago sponsors, the Content Advisory Council assists our sponsors on topic brainstorming, potential assistance with speaking on panels or otherwise participating in programming discussions.
• Sometimes the program committee develops other programs of interest to the membership.
Opportunities to Get Involved
Work on the planning, organizing and onsite participation of the Annual Summit, our all-day MCLE event.
Join the Content Advisory Council, volunteer subject matter experts from our membership, to work with sponsors and with the other volunteers to determine if a program merits presentation to the membership.
